Media Designer
At Körber, we bring together pioneering technology and collaborative talent to solve challenges across industries. As part of our

Your Responsibilities
• Design visual content for digital campaigns, social media, newsletters, infographics, sales collateral, and

• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually appealing assets that align with Körber’s tone and business goals.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable brand system, including style guides and templates.
• Continuously improve design processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and creativity.
• Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies — and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the company to understand needs and deliver compelling design solutions.
Your Profile
• Degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Visual Communication, or similar.
• 2-10 years of experience (freelance, agency, or
- house) designing across digital and print.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work: campaign visuals, social media, motion/video, and brand collateral.
• You think beyond execution. You bring creative ideas to the table — from analogies to visual twists you design to add intention and storytelling to every message.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, In
Design, After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with collaborative tools like Miro, Figma, Canva, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail, typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Confident communicator, open to feedback, and a natural team player.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
