Science is seeking a highly qualified,
- certified Neurology specialist to support upcoming Bid Defense Meetings. This freelance position involves providing expert input during proposal preparations, such as protocol review, and participating in the Bid Defense Meeting itself. There is also potential for medical monitoring support if the project is awarded, though this is not mandatory.

This strategic role requires demonstrating credibility and depth of knowledge to potential sponsors, engaging with clients at a high level, and reinforcing our clinical team's strength. The position is pivotal in shaping study design, leading bid defenses, and ensuring medical oversight across key projects. Key Responsibilities

• Act as a scientific advisor during bid defense meetings, RFP responses, and proposal development, ensuring medically sound strategies.
• Provide expert input on trial design, patient recruitment, and regulatory strategy to optimize study success.
• Lead medical monitoring activities across assigned projects and serve as a
  - on medical monitor when needed.
• Represent TFS at client meetings, conferences, and scientific events to reinforce our reputation.
• Mentor
  - functional teams to ensure
  - quality clinical program execution.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree and Board certification in Neurology.
• Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA).
• Business acumen with a strategic,
  - focused approach supporting business development.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
