Responsibilities and Impact:

• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Request and collect documentation, complete order entry, and coordinate product shipment
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Encourage customer compliance with product utilization

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A native level of Dutch and at least a B2 level of English
• Knowledge of the value of exceptional customer experience

Two compensation options are available:

- Including free accommodation:

€1040 gross/month
