They advise their 10, 000 client companies in developing their social protection policies and support their 1. 5 million policyholders in managing health contracts daily.

To reinforce their Network Department, we are recruiting a Medical Network Coordinator (m/f) to join their operation in Lisbon.

What can you expect from us?

• Direct work contract with our client;
• Base salary, plus a daily meal allowance;

Work location: Lisbon

Note: hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Develop a network of health partners and healthcare providers globally;
• Prospect new healthcare professionals and perform regular field visits to various countries;
• Negotiate contract terms and rates;
• Ensure compliance standards are met;
• Act as a contact point for healthcare partners in the Henner Network;
• Liaise with departments (operations, medical, network, legal);
• Assist internal and external clients with invoices, portal access, etc.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree; experience in insurance and a medical background are a plus, but personality is key;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Negotiation skills and attention to detail;
• Experience in international environments is a plus;
• Proactive, dynamic, organized;
• Willing to travel.
