Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Medical Product Advisor with fluency in German to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to our German-speaking clients regarding our range of medical products. Your knowledge of the healthcare industry combined with your ability to communicate complex information effectively will be pivotal in assisting healthcare professionals and patients alike. Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their medical needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Explain product features, benefits, and best practices to healthcare professionals and clients
• Assist clients throughout the purchasing process to ensure a seamless experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product development
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product innovations to provide accurate advice
• Conduct training sessions or presentations for healthcare professionals to promote product knowledge
  
  

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, is essential
• Experience in medical consulting or product advising is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of medical products, market dynamics, and healthcare practices
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and educate clients
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
