Job Purpose

• Provides exceptional clinical and scientific leadership for medical affairs activities focused on MSL
• Establish and maintain contacts with opinion leaders and act as the third‑level contact person for medical enquiries from doctors, pharmacists and/or patients for MSL
• Contribute and be accountable for executing the medical plan and ensuring success in alignment with the Company
• Build strong relationships between the Company and healthcare professionals, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), researchers and physicians to effectively communicate scientific and medical information, supporting launch and commercialization
• Support brand teams with technical, scientific and clinical expertise, interpret data for promotional activities, and provide other medical support to maximize the company's potential

Major Accountabilities

• Serve as the third‑level contact person for medical enquiries from doctors, pharmacists and/or patients
• Responsible for training the sales force (conceptualisation of medical training on new products and development of onboarding training)
• Support the sales force with external lectures and events
• Establish and maintain contacts with opinion leaders; plan and implement advisory board meetings, congresses, symposia, etc.
• Provide medical‑scientific support for the marketing of our product range, including conceptual support for creation, training and advertising materials, and their revision and medical approval
• Offer internal advice on product range questions related to development and marketing of new products
• Create medical risk assessments in cooperation with the Quality Department
• Cooperate with the Pharmacovigilance Division on drug safety issues
• Educate medical professionals about the company's products and their use
• Effectively communicate clinical trial data and scientific publications
• Develop external relationships with KOLs and other experts in the field
• Engage in scientific discussions and establish collaborations in research projects and clinical trials

Education

• Desirable Education: Master’s degree or higher in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, or a related field
• 3–5 years in Multiple Sclerosis with a proven network of KOLs
• Ideally, first experience with CNS indications (neurology, psychiatry, pain therapy)
• Experience in literature review, clinical trials, and clinical pharmacology
• Working conscientiously
• Team and customer orientation
