Dapper is looking for a Medior Content Marketer in Lisbon with a pioneering spirit.

You'll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising
- ups to
- growing
- ups, and beyond.

This job is for you if you:

• Have 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.

• Have a growth mindset, you give and receive feedback, seek improvement, and you like to test new approaches

• Don't just execute, you ask "why" behind the brief and push for better outcomes

• Are confident managing internal and external stakeholders, while turning briefs into clear, actionable plans.

• Take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients

• Are able to write (long and short form) copy for (complicated) products/services.

• Have a basic notion of content distribution across organic and paid platforms.

• Actively use AI to create better content.

• Having a basic notion of design principles or having used a design tool (like Canva or Adobe Suite) is a plus.

• Having experience creating outlines for video concepts is a plus.

• Experience working at a marketing agency or freelancing is a plus.

Work setup

We work with freelance contracts with our colleagues in Lisbon. This means you are paid on an hourly basis, according to the hours you share with us that you have worked. We do provide more security than a pure freelance contract, as we work with a 30-day notice period (on both sides).

To ensure stability, we guarantee 40 hours of work per week, so that we're working together on a
- time basis. On top of that, you'll have access to a desk at our shared
- working space in Lisbon, giving you a collaborative and professional environment to thrive in.
