Your Role
As a key member of Global Operations, Information & Security with a critical focus on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR), you will develop and scale a
- looking program that is tailored to our business and compliant with regulatory requirements, including FFIEC and NIST. Reporting to the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Lead, you will maintain relevant policies and procedures and support the implementation of program elements across business lines to grow and maintain a holistic program ensuring resilience against disruption and timely recovery of operations in the event of an interruption.
Responsibilities and Activities
- With guidance from the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Lead, apply strategies and develop tactical solutions that advance the maturity of Anchorage Digital’s resilience via the business continuity program.
- Operationalize established strategies and implement programmatic enhancements from conception to completion, ensuring initiatives perform as expected in

- usual operations. - Help drive the development of company goals and guide the
- term strategy of an
- wide business continuity and disaster recovery program, ensuring processes are executed consistently and successfully. - Collaborate across teams to communicate and support program elements and to grow the program culture and capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry frameworks for BCM (FFIEC IT Examination Handbook on BCM, NIST SP 800-34, ISO 22301) and their application to a compliant BCM program.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure configurations, disaster recovery plan development, and information security and IT risk management.
- Ability to translate regulation into technical controls and explain how controls meet regulatory requirements.
- Ability to conduct and assess Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) updates, and collaborate with SMEs to translate impacts and recovery requirements into documentation.
- Excellent communication and program management skills for a
- moving environment.
- Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Support, scale, and improve resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs based on risk and regulatory guidance; identify, resolve, and escalate blockers and dependencies.
- Collaborate with enterprise groups to protect and restore data, systems, and processes after disruptions.
- Track reporting, metrics, analysis, and controls aligned with business needs and regulatory expectations.
- Organizational Knowledge:
- Support and execute program elements and maintain a control set and policy framework satisfying regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with departments to build
- wide resilience and ongoing BCM programs. - Propose changes to the BCM strategy when beneficial to objectives.
- Collaborate with Third-Party Risk Management to evaluate BCM documentation from providers.
- Communication and Influence:
- Communicate program concepts across operations and to business leaders at all levels.
- Communicate risks and influence measures to mitigate them.
- Assist in developing BCM program reports for senior management.
- Build relationships and communicate goals, needs, and capabilities to stakeholders.

Board GRC tooling; Linear; Notion; Slack; Jira; and Whimsical. - Knowledge of cloud infrastructure dashboards (e. g. , Google Cloud Platform).
- Exposure to supervisory examination personnel (e. g. , OCC).
Bonus points if
- Relevant industry certifications.
- Familiarity with Operational Risk Management and GRC software implementations (Audit
Board). - Understanding of baseline physical security measures.
- Lighthearted note: appreciation for Hamilton soundtrack (optional).
