Gimel Foundation promotes a more inclusive, fair, and just global digital economy, including supporting the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (U. N. SDGs).

Together with its developer community, Gimel Foundation develops and governs innovative solutions in the field of AI governance and digital identities.

Gimel Foundation is aiming at leapfrogging towards a new
- facto standard in the field of cyber security. Contributions to and documents of Gimel Foundation are governed by its Board of Trustees.

The role

The Gimel Foundation contributions shall be governed by a Board of Trustees, whose

responsibilities include:

• Serving as stewards for all assets and intellectual property held of the Foundation.
• Overseeing compliance with the legal provisions set forth in this document.
• Promoting the Foundation's mission and ensuring the integrity of its operations.
• Appointing committees or working groups to address specific legal, operational, or technical matters.
• Reporting annually to stakeholders about the Foundation's activities and compliance.

Profile

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Technologies: Demonstrated proficiency with leading IAM solutions and tools.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of OAuth and OIDC: Strong familiarity with OAuth, Open
  ID Connect (OIDC), and their implementations, such as Entra
  ID.
• Advanced AI Architecture Experience: In-depth understanding of
  - edge AI systems and concepts, including Agentic Teams, Humanoid Robots, and Joint Embedding Predictive Architectures (JEPA).
• Proven Record in Standards and Protocol Development: Ideally, track record of contributing to the creation and implementation of industry standards and protocols.
• Active Presence in the Cybersecurity Community: Well-connected within the cybersecurity sector, with a strong professional network and engagement in relevant forums and initiatives.
