The Role: Strategic Relationship Builder for a Private Capital Circle

We are seeking a Membership Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our
- trust community in Portugal and across Europe.

This is not sales. It’s peer-level capital relationship building — engaging with seasoned investors, family offices, wealth creators, and institutional LPs who value
- term alignment, privacy, and purpose.

You’ll be building discreet influence — creating
- term relational capital across some of the most sophisticated private wealth circles in Europe.

Your mission is to identify aligned capital stewards, engage in thoughtful conversations, and guide select individuals into the Club. You’ll also help shape the Lisbon chapter into a recognized reference point for quiet influence and capital collaboration in the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified capital leaders — LPs, family office principals, exited entrepreneurs, HNWIs (€10M+ verified), and fund partners
• Conduct
  - trust discovery conversations, understanding motivations,
  - term vision, and alignment with the Club
• Collaborate with trusted introducers, advisors, and existing members to engage prospective members discreetly
• Curate relationships, not leads — your focus is on quality over volume, and
  - term continuity over
  - term wins
• Manage the full membership journey — from first touch to onboarding, in coordination with global and chapter teams
• Represent the Club at select capital gatherings, investor roundtables, and private retreats
• Contribute to refining the member acquisition strategy in Portugal and across aligned European hubs

Success Indicators

Your success will be measured not by outreach volume, but by the quality and alignment of relationships built, the seamlessness of onboarding, and the
- term engagement of members you’ve brought in.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in private capital, investor relations, wealth advisory, or premium membership environments
• Deeply familiar with family offices,
  - investment structures, and
  - asset wealth strategies
• Based in the Greater Lisbon Area, with insight into the Portuguese and European private wealth landscape
• A capital diplomat by nature — composed, persuasive, and trusted in boardrooms and private family settings
• Combines intellectual rigor with social ease, able to build credibility across generations and cultures
• Low-ego and
  - driven — guided by trust, alignment, and
  - term thinking
• High emotional intelligence and reputational awareness — comfortable navigating complex capital relationships with care
• Fluent in English (Portuguese a plus), with
  - level communication skills
