Your Role

• Take responsibility for the operation and lifecycle management of multiple Mendix applications in production across various clients.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of live Mendix solutions through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimization.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents quickly, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand evolving business needs and implement continuous improvements and new features.
• Participate in development projects to bring your operational perspective into the design and build phase, ensuring applications are maintainable and scalable.
• Manage deployments, environment configurations, and release processes in coordination with Dev
  Ops and platform teams.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve observability through scripting, tooling, and monitoring solutions.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing within Zühlke’s
  - code community.

Your Talent

• Proven experience in Mendix application development and a strong focus on operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience running Mendix applications in production – monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing live systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git
  Lab CI, or Azure Dev
  Ops) and cloud environments (Mendix Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and system connectivity.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and long‑term reliability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with developers, operations teams, and clients.
• Proactive attitude – you anticipate issues, automate where possible, and always look for improvement opportunities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English. German is a plus.
