Your Role & Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Specialist for Mendix will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of Mendix applications. They will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying Mendix solutions to meet the business requirements and enhance organizational efficiency:

• Lead the design and development of mendix applications, ensuring high performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using mendix.
• Configure and customize mendix applications based on the business needs.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of mendix applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in mendix development best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest mendix features and functionalities to suggest improvements and optimizations.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in mendix development tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of mendix studio, mendix studio pro, and mendix platform.
• Experience in designing and implementing mendix applications from scratch.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and devops methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Good
  - solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.

Certifications: Mendix Certified Advanced Developer certification is preferred.

Required Language Thresholds: English: (B2/C1 Level)
