- level role (Level 4 or Level 5,>10 years of experience) is ideal for someone ready to lead the implementation of the Mendix platform from the ground up, ensuring robust architecture, security, and development excellence.

Your mission:

• Lead the
  -
  - end implementation of the Mendix platform
• Define and enforce best practices for secure application development
• Design and manage access control and identity management strategies
• Establish hosting and connectivity frameworks aligned with enterprise standards
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and Dev
  Ops integration for Mendix applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Mendix solutions
• Mentor developers and promote agile development methodologies
• Conduct architecture reviews and performance assessments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mendix Solution Architect (Level 4 or 5)
• Deep understanding of Mendix platform capabilities and limitations
• Strong background in security, access management, and compliance
• Experience with hosting, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with Dev
  Ops practices and CI/CD tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High level of English (written and oral)
