Salary: €2, 500/month

Availability: 2–4 weeks

We are looking for a highly skilled Mendix Tech Lead to join our team and drive the technical success of our
- code solutions. In this role, you’ll act as a consulting expert, support governance and quality standards, manage cloud operations, and guide teams in delivering innovative, scalable Mendix applications.

Key responsabilities

• Act as a consulting “fly-in” expert for technical solution design
• Develop app templates and reusable components
• Manage the Client Marketplace Appstore
• Create development guidelines and best practices
• Define and implement governance rules
• Maintain documentation and enforce security compliance
• Perform code quality control to ensure technical standards
• Operate Mendix Cloud & Control Center
• Operate and enhance the Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)
• Implement change requests for the CLAP platform
• Lead community engagement: learning sessions, videos, FAQs
• Provide consulting and deliver training courses
• Manage vendors and external partners
• Serve as an Agile coach and guide project teams

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead
• Experience in agile environments
• Strong analytical and

• Highly organized, structured, and collaborative
• Innovation-driven mindset with strong tech affinity
• Excellent communication skills

Core competencies:

• Solid professional background in IT and software development
• Strong experience with the Mendix
  - code platform (Advanced/Expert certification highly preferred)
• Interest in cloud technologies and modern tools like AI, Io
  T, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with technologies beyond Mendix: Java, Java
  Script, Python, Git, AWS basics
• Successful track record leading complex software projects
• Experience coaching and guiding development teams
• Knowledge of IT standards (OS, security, agile development) and system architecture
