Responsibilities:

• Design and lead
  - educational group sessions and workshops.
• Lead wellbeing activities for new hires and support talent acquisition with employee suitability assessments.
• Conduct individual and group sessions, provide tools for emotional resilience, and deliver crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience with clients/patients, including conflict and crisis management.
• Master's in Clinical and Health Psychology; registered psychologist with Latvian or European license (Euro
  Psy).
• Excellent communication, discretion, independent and team work skills, creative thinking, high motivation.
• EU citizenship or Latvian residence permit; flexible to work shifts.
