What You’ll Do

• Equip the global consulting staff with relevant expertise and resource recommendations by mining the existing knowledge base and creating customized
  - ready materials.
• Collaborate with practice team members to build expertise and lead the capture and sharing of the practice knowledge base as well as new product development within a specific industry or solution.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the practice strategy by analyzing practice performance, supporting practice meetings, and preparing experience sharing calls and publications.
• Use AI tools to accomplish portions of the role. Experiment with new and existing AI tools to improve work processes.
• Actively contribute to the practice and broader PPK team by participating in global team trainings as well as providing coaching and development feedback to junior practice team members.

About the Role

The Senior Specialist supports Knowledge Management efforts by engaging with client case teams at the start and conclusion of cases, addressing questions with internal knowledge, capturing insights gained during the process, managing existing knowledge, and identifying gaps for future client case teams.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll join the Product, Practice and Knowledge (PPK) department as part of the Knowledge Management team and work with a variety of Practices at Bain, broadening your skillset and leveraging industry knowledge across various industries and capabilities. Practices group and organize solutions and products by client industry or function to win and deliver results.

Qualifications and Skills

• You hold a BA or equivalent undergraduate degree with strong academic performance.
• You have 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a
  - paced or
  - facing environment.
• You are intellectually curious about M&A and eager to keep learning.
• You have strong analytical abilities and enjoy solving complex problems with creative thinking.
• You can manage multiple priorities with confidence and thrive under pressure.
• You are organized,
  - oriented, and committed to delivering
  - quality work.
• You are a proactive user of AI tools with a growth mindset toward new technologies.
• You have experience with marketing technology solutions.
• You can work independently while valuing collaboration and feedback.
