Touch is redefining inflight entertainment as a Digital Experience Manager (DXM) for more than 30 airlines worldwide. Moving beyond traditional content service provision, Touch streamlines curation, collaboration, and performance optimization through proprietary platforms such as the Touch Media Center and Customer Portal to deliver tailored media solutions for the digital airline of tomorrow. As our Metadata Analyst you will be responsible for the acquisition, management, and quality control of metadata related to
- flight entertainment content. This includes sourcing official metadata, obtaining translations, verifying country ratings, and ensuring accurate title translations. The Metadata Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and consistency of metadata across airline entertainment platforms and internal databases. The role demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a
- paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Collect and organize metadata for
  - flight entertainment content, including titles, synopses, cast details, release dates, and genres;
  
  
  
  

• Ensure all metadata meets airline specifications and internal quality standards;
  
  
  
  

• Secure and verify official metadata from trusted sources;
  
  
  
  

• Obtain and validate content translations, title translations, and
  - specific ratings;
  
  
  
  

• Ensure airline requirement for language assets are available during content discovery;
  
  
  
  

• Perform thorough quality checks on gathered metadata to identify and correct inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or formatting issues;
  
  
  
  

• Conduct quality assurance on airline portals and onboard entertainment systems
  - ingestion to verify accuracy and consistency;
  
  
  
  

• Continuously refine metadata workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency;
  
  
  
  

• Maintain and continuously update the internal metadata database;
  
  
  
  

• Ensure metadata is structured and standardized for efficient retrieval and integration;
  
  
  
  

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize metadata ingestion processes;
  
  
  
  

• Identify areas for improvement in metadata handling and propose solutions;
  
  
  
  

• Assist in troubleshooting
  - related issues with internal teams and airline partners.

• Fluency in Arabic;
