The Metro Potentials Programme offers a unique 18-month immersive experience starting in September 2025, designed to accelerate your learning and growth in the multichannel wholesale industry. This program provides diverse opportunities across business areas, including:

1. Head Office Experience: Gain insights into our core operations and develop
   - functional skills.
2. Aviludo Branch Assignment: Engage directly with customers and understand our business from the ground up.
3. Global Exposure: Spend 5 months abroad at another METRO entity's Head Office to broaden your international perspective.
4. Project Ownership: Lead projects that influence our business and your professional development.
5. Customized Path: Work with your mentor to tailor your journey according to your aspirations.
6. International Community: Collaborate with trainees from various countries and build your network.
7. Training and Mentorship: Participate in international training weeks and receive guidance from experienced leaders.

Qualifications include a recent university degree, fluency in English, passion for learning, commercial acumen, leadership qualities, ambition, strong communication skills, willingness to work abroad for 5 months, and adaptability. Extracurricular activities are a plus.
