Role Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working fully remote for one our clients across the Netherlands and other European countries.

What you will do:

Plan and execute Microsoft 365
-
- tenant migrations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption;

Migrate data to One
Drive, Share
Point Online, and Exchange Online;

Use
- standard tools such as Ave
Point Fly to carry out migration tasks;

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, define migration strategies, and resolve technical issues;

Develop and execute Power
Shell scripts to automate processes and enhance efficiency;

Document migration plans, configurations, and
- migration support procedures;

Assist in troubleshooting and
- migration validation to ensure service continuity.

What you are like:

Solid understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 suite;

Proven experience with migrations to One
Drive, Share
Point Online, and Exchange Online;

Hands-on use of migration tools such as Ave
Point Fly (or similar like Quest or Bit
Titan);

Strong Power
Shell skills and a passion for automation and scripting;

Detail-oriented and methodical approach to planning and execution;

Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with technical and
- technical stakeholders;

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;

Proficient in English (as you will maintain daily contact with international teams).
