Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Windows 11 across the organization using tools such as Intune, Autopilot, and SCCM.
• Manage i
  OS and Android mobile devices to ensure secure and efficient operation.
• Handle provisioning of Windows devices, including Autopatch and application packaging.
• Apply and maintain standardized configurations and security baselines tailored to organizational policies.
• Create automation scripts and remediations to streamline device deployment and maintenance.
• Maintain expertise in hardware matters, covering laptops and desktops.
• Contribute to setting up and
  - tuning a new Microsoft 365 environment.
• Support onboarding and integration of company sites into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Develop documentation and operational procedures for consistency and clarity.

Requirements

• Experience transitioning from legacy or
  - premise Microsoft environments.
• Solid understanding of Zero Trust Security frameworks and their implementation.
• Proficiency in writing and managing technical documentation.
• Strong scripting skills, mainly Power
  Shell.
• Knowledge of network segmentation and
  - based access controls.
• Understanding of Multi-Factor Authentication, including FIDO2 keys.
• Ability to collaborate within a global,
  - functional team across time zones.
