Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 and Exchange On-Prem, ensuring performance, availability, and security.
• Implement and oversee policies for Tenant, Share
  Point, Teams, One
  Drive, and Exchange, including retention and compliance settings.
• Troubleshoot issues across the Office 365 ecosystem and Exchange On-Prem, including mail flow, user access, and system errors.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, mailbox provisioning, licensing, and integration with enterprise applications.
• Administer Exchange Online Protection, spam filtering, threat management, and ensure data protection and disaster recovery readiness.
• Maintain documentation and stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and best practices.

Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments.
• Solid knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and Power
  Shell.
• Experience with Office 365 security and compliance tools, including DLP, AIP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Purview.
• Strong
  - solving, communication, resilience, and proactiveness.
• Microsoft certifications (e. g. , MS-102, MS-203) preferred.
• Business-fluent in English and Portuguese.
