Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Share
  Point, Teams, One
  Drive, Copilot, etc. ), including tenant configuration, licensing and compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and standard operating procedures.
• Provide 3rd/4th-level support, hand over knowledge to Level 2 teams, and coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment with security, governance, and global IT standards across migrations, hybrid deployments and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• Solid knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, Power
  Shell and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience with Office 365 security and compliance tools, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Azure Information Protection (AIP), Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Purview.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, resilience, and proactiveness skills.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
