Where you’ll be in the organization
You will be working in the Microsoft 365 product line (specifically the Power Platform product team) within the Global Workplace department serving all entities of the AXA Group, which include different products and technologies such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Global AD, Azure AD, Threat Protection, User Provisioning, Collaboration Products and Telephony.
Key Figures
- Global tenant hosting 370 AXA Legal entities and 200K users.
- Global team of 50 internal and external collaborators.
- The Microsoft 365 product line has full accountability of the product throughout the entire lifecycle, including strategy definition of the product, user needs and market trend analysis, marketing, communication, brand management, finance, P&L, build, transition, operations, support, continual improvement, and decommissioning.
About the Job
Job purpose
As the Technical Lead within the product team, you will be responsible for the engineering and administration of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 platform. You will act as the subject matter expert for platform engineering, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions across a multi‑tenant ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in platform configuration, governance, and integration, as well as technical leadership in best practices and operational excellence. You will support the various AXA entities globally to help and advise on technical use cases of the platform as well as their existing solutions. In addition to supporting the internal solutions used within the M365 product line, you will also work on product evolution topics such as assessing new features / tools, liaising with Microsoft support engineers as required to resolve or clarify any issues.
Deliverables
- Platform Engineering & Administration
- Own and manage Power Platform Admin Center settings, environments, and features.
- Implement and maintain ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) strategies for Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Configure and manage data gateways, service principals, and VPNs for secure connectivity.
- Utilize Power
Shell for automation, environment management, and advanced administrative tasks. - Serve as the go‑to expert for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 engineering topics.
- Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Provide guidance on architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Support Power Platform solutions and the broader ecosystem (Dataverse, Canvas App, Model‑Driven Apps, Flows, etc. ).
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
- Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders as required.
- Ensure consistent configuration and compliance across global environments.
- Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and emerging technologies.
- Recommend enhancements and drive adoption of new features.
Technical Skills – Expected skills & experience
- Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages
- Microsoft Dataverse (Dynamics 365)
- Proven experience in platform engineering, including:
- Engineering and administration of Power Platform and Dynamics 365
- Managing Power Platform Admin Center settings, environments, and features
- Connectivity and Security:
- Configuring and managing data gateways, service principals, and VPNs, etc.
- Automation and Scripting:
- Utilizing Power
Shell for automation, environment management, and advanced administrative tasks
- Utilizing Power
- Governance, Security, and Compliance:
- Defining and enforcing governance, security, and compliance standards
- Integration and Architecture:
- Providing guidance on architecture, integrations, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with integration patterns, API management, and Azure services
- Multi‑Tenant and Large‑Scale Experience:
- Experience working in multi‑tenant environments within large, complex organizations
- Dataverse and Environment Strategies:
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, security models, and environment strategies

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support

Preferred Technical & Functional Skills
- Microsoft certifications such as:
- PL‑400: Power Platform Developer
- PL‑600: Power Platform Solution Architect
- Experience in global enterprise environments and regulated industries.
- Knowledge of ALM tools (Azure Dev
Ops, Git) and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
