At Arquiconsult, you’ll design, build, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform across Lisbon and Oporto.

About The Role

As a Mid‑level Developer, you will design and build solutions on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, owning features from technical design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Extend platform capabilities using Power Apps, Power Automate, and, when relevant, Power BI.
• Contribute to integrations with external systems using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
• Participate in the definition of technical designs and solution patterns with architects and senior developers.
• Support deployment pipelines and configuration management for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including basic CI/CD practices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and provide input in client workshops.

Qualifications

• Typically 2 to 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform development.
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, including solution‑aware flows and environment management.
• Good understanding of integration concepts, REST APIs, and Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Dev
  Ops principles, including source control and automated deployments.
• Ability to work independently on features, estimate effort, and communicate progress.
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with consultants and client‑side stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform certifications are highly valued.
