We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon, Porto or Braga.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Work across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service
• Participate in solution architecture, integrations, and process improvements
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure
  - quality, scalable deliveries
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve CRM-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, workflows, custom entities, and
  - ins
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus
• Knowledge of integrations and API connections
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
