Who We're Looking For:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist with strong technical and functional expertise to support business teams and ongoing projects, ensuring the correct use, stability, performance, and continuous evolution of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

- Support business and project teams in the use and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Analyze and operationalize Microsoft recommendations

- Implement technical and functional improvements aligned with platform best practices

- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (specification, implementation, maintenance, and evolution)

- Proven experience in customization, configuration, and support of Dynamics 365

- Solid knowledge of. NET, including development and support of technical tools/consoles for data manipulation and correction

- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies

- Strong ability to learn and adapt on the job

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent proven experience

Language Requirement

- Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
