We are currently looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to play a key role in the operation, stabilisation and continuous improvement of a complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform already in production, within an enterprise environment.

This is a senior,
- on functional/technical role
, focused on platform governance, best practices and operational excellence, rather than greenfield implementation or heavy development.

? Location: Lisbon (hybrid – 1 to 2 days
- site per week)

Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Platform Operations & Governance

  • Act as a subject matter expert for a Dynamics 365 CRM platform (Sales and/or Customer Service) in production.
  • Analyse and operationalise Microsoft recommendations, ensuring alignment with supported architectures and best practices.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the platform, focusing on stability, performance, security and scalability.
  • Act as a point of coordination between support teams, business stakeholders and external partners.

Service, Stability & Continuous Improvement

  • Support post
    - live and production environments, contributing to platform stabilisation and
    - term sustainability.
  • Identify risks, performance bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in the prioritisation and
    - up of corrective and evolutionary initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation of solutions, processes and operational guidelines to support production teams.

Collaboration & Standards

  • Promote and enforce good practices across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
  • Contribute to defining standards related to configuration, customisation and platform usage.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure consistent and controlled evolution of the platform.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Minimum 5–6 years of
    - on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
  2. Solid experience with Sales and/or Customer Service modules.
  3. Practical knowledge of Power Platform within a Dynamics 365 CRM context.
  4. Experience working in enterprise and production environments.
  5. Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  6. Strong
    - solving skills and a proactive, structured approach to platform operations.
  7. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and
    - technical stakeholders.
