About the role :

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our team in Romania. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or NAV / Business Central solutions. Your role involves understanding clients' business needs and translating them into effective technology solutions.

Primary Functions and Tasks :

1. Analyze clients' business processes, requirements, and objectives, and advise on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or NAV / Business Central to meet their needs;
2. Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizations, integrations, and extensions;
3. Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and develop strategies to enhance existing systems;
4. Guide
   - users on the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or NAV / Business Central;
5. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery;
6. Stay updated with the latest features and developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and NAV / Business Central, sharing knowledge proactively;
7. Recommend best practices and industry standards related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated technologies.

We are looking for :

• At least 1 year of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant or in a similar role working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or NAV / Business Central;
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent;
• Hands-on experience with configuring, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or NAV / Business Central solutions;
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate are preferred;
• Familiarity with public sector implementations and compliance requirements is a plus;
• Strong
  - solving skills to analyze complex business processes and develop effective solutions;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams;
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and a strong team player;
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment with weekly
  - office presence;
• Bachelor's degree required;
• Microsoft technical certifications are a plus.
