? We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

? About the Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our growing team and help us deliver
- impact solutions across financial and technological domains. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
- paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable,
- centric CRM systems.

? What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:

• Delivering clean, efficient, and scalable customizations in Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI and SSRS.
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving innovation in CRM workflows and data architecture.

? Responsibilities

• Customize and maintain MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Field Services).
• Collaborate with business users to gather and translate requirements.
• Implement CRM best practices and optimize workflows.
• Develop plugins, workflows, Java
  Script resources, and services.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS.
• Ensure performance, usability, and data security in reporting.
• Support database layer development using SQL, SSAS, and occasionally R/Python.
• Refactor legacy solutions for scalability and efficiency.

? Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud/On-prem).
• 1+ year with Power
  Automate, Power
  Apps & Model-Driven Apps.
• 2+ years in BI/report development (Power BI, SSRS).
• 1+ year with DAX or MDX;
  
  knowledge of SSAS and SSIS is a plus.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Experience in finance or insurance is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Hybrid regime in Lisbon.
