We are looking for an Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights!
Mission: We are seeking expertise in software administration and server maintenance activities to support the API Management product operations team.
Our goal is to develop and operate transversal business solutions on an international scale.
The selected expertise will be responsible for providing daily operations support and maintenance, including troubleshooting, critical situation analysis, and recovery planning and implementation.
Additionally, expertise in management and SSL configuration, planning management, and technical support and administration across all environments is required.
The role also involves managing and maintaining operating system patches in compliance with Co
E recommendations, reviewing system logs, and proactively monitoring systems to address issues.
Furthermore, the expertise will be involved in business requirements and development according to detailed design, as well as designing, building, testing, and deploying project deliverables.
Responsabilities:
Support the configuration, customization, and use of features such as unified profile creation, customer segmentation, and behavior analysis.
Use advanced analytics tools to extract valuable insights into customer behavior, predict trends, and identify opportunities based on large volumes of data on the platform.
Support customer segmentation using Customer Insights' advanced segmentation capabilities to identify and classify customers according to different criteria (demographic, behavioral, transactional, etc. ).
Develop a testing strategy for projects that apply/transfer data to Customer Insights and prepare the respective documentation, supporting its
- on execution.
Support the Commercial department in implementation projects, carried out in conjunction with Corporate IT/T2D.
Requirements:
Professional experience requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles and seniority in the technical skills required.
Technical skills requirements
Knowledge of Big Data and Advanced Analytics: Have a good understanding of big data and advanced analytics (Data Science, Machine Learning) to work with
- scale customer data.
Power BI: Experience with Power BI, as Microsoft Customer Insights will often be used in conjunction with this data visualization tool to create dynamic dashboards.
Microsoft Dynamics: Familiarity with CRMs, particularly Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Dataverse
Azure and Power Platform: Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem (where Customer Insights can be hosted) and other Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) can be a plus.
Knowledge of integrations: Have a good understanding of integrations and how data should be processed to be exported to external platforms.
Academic requirements
Proven training in a related field with a strong component in tools such as Microsoft Customer Insights and performing advanced analysis of customer data.
Specific Microsoft certifications and others related to data analysis, such as Power BI and Azure.
Fluency in Portuguese and English – mandatory.
