Microsoft Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon)

Join our team as a Microsoft Engineer (Hybrid – Lisbon).

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructures across Windows Server, O365, Exchange, and Azure environments.
• Manage and optimize databases using SQL Server, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Support system integration, automation, and migration projects across Microsoft platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server performance, networking, and application dependencies.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure seamless operation of cloud and
  - premises environments.
• Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies to maintain business continuity.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server management, scripting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (O365), including Exchange Online, Share
  Point, and Teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (Iaa
  S, Paa
  S, identity management, and security).
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with system automation and scripting (Power
  Shell preferred).
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Portuguese proficiency at a professional level.
• Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
