What will you do?

• Manage and maintain the existing Microsoft infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability, and security;
  
  
  
  
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives across hybrid environments;
  
  
  
  
• Design and implement new projects and solutions in alignment with security and scalability best practices;
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and service delivery;
  
  
  
  
• Provide technical support and documentation to maintain operational excellence.

What are we looking for?

• Higher education (Level 5 or Bachelor's degree) in Information Technology or related field;
  
  
  
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced Microsoft systems administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Hybrid AD/365 environments);
  
  
  
  
• Strong expertise in Microsoft services (IIS, Hyper-V, DHCP, Exchange, Share
  Point, Teams, Intune, etc. );
  
  
  
  
• Proven experience in security hardening, automation (Power
  Shell), and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Op
  Manager);
  
  
  
  
• Relevant
  Microsoft certifications and knowledge of authentication systems (RADIUS, SAML, LDAP) are a plus;
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in English, with strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
