Portuguese company hires for a hybrid position. Location: Lisbon, Portugal.

Work Model: Hybrid model (60% remote; 40% in person). Language Requirements: English (min C1) and Portuguese (C1/C2). Sector: Health. Seniority: 3+ years.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support infrastructure operations across the following areas.
• Implement infrastructure and systems projects for clients.

Must Have

• Proven experience administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Share
  Point, Teams, Intune, Defender, etc. ).
• Solid experience in managing and configuring Azure services (VMs, Azure AD, Networking, Storage, Security Center, etc. ).
• Full autonomy in Microsoft systems administration.
• Experience with VMware, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and DHCP.
• Availability for
  - call support.
• Hybrid work model (Lisbon).

Nice To Have

• Experience with various Microsoft OS versions.
• Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V, Citrix).
• Exchange Server On‑Premises administration.
• Experience with Anti‑Spam and Antivirus consoles.
• Microsoft Clustering and Certification Authority (CA).
• Automation/Scripting skills (Ansible, Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of Cloud solutions (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
• Linux administration experience.
• Backup solutions (Veritas Net
  Backup, Commvault).
