Job Title: System Administrator (Microsoft)

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x/3x office days)

Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft System Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows Server, AD/AAD, M365, and virtualization, ensuring smooth operations and security across the infrastructure.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory (on-premises and Azure)
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and Intune for endpoint management
• Deploy and maintain virtualized environments using VMware or Hyper‑V
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and security
• Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in Microsoft system administration
• Experience with AD/AAD, Windows Server, M365, and Intune
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper‑V virtualization
• Experience problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
