Mid Application Support
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our application support team. You will develop both technical and functional expertise, handle support for assigned applications, proactively manage incidents, identify solutions to recurring issues, continuously improve and automate procedures, maintain

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve production incidents effectively.
- Follow-up and coordinate changes and technical operations (e. g. , electrical shutdowns, server modes).
- Participate in change management for applications and infrastructure, collaborating with development, sysadmin, DBA, and networking teams.
- Maintain documentation

- date, including architecture, procedures, and supervision requirements. - Manage backup data and perform regular restore tests.
- Monitor applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with SLAs across all business lines.
- Control application load capacity and performance.
- Participate in the on-call system and
- hours interventions. - Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of existing procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams to define the architecture of new applications, following infrastructure standards.
Main Technical Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments and systems administration.
- Experience with BMC/Control-M or other industrial schedulers.
- Good knowledge of scripting languages: Shell, Python, and/or Power
Shell. Experience with application servers: JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS. - Experience with databases: Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or My
SQL; basic SQL knowledge. - Experience with infrastructure backups.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e. g. , Zabbix, Grafana).
- Knowledge of LDAP, Firewall, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.
- Knowledge of container-based infrastructure.
- Basic networking knowledge.

- English proficiency: minimum B2.
