MID IT Business Manager
Location: Central Lisbon (Hybrid – 4 days/week

About the Role

This is a 360° business position, not an IT Manager role. You will be responsible for market prospection, client acquisition and management, IT recruitment, and consultant
- up. Your mission is to grow the business while ensuring consultants are motivated and clients are satisfied.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as Business Manager, Account Manager, or IT Recruiter in IT services/consulting companies
- Strong commercial focus and proven experience in prospecting and winning new IT clients
- Passion for both
- facing work and candidate engagement - Excellent negotiation, communication, and
- building skills - Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle with autonomy
- Experience managing consultants or delivery teams is a plus
- Fluency in Portuguese (native or equivalent)
- Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
- Availability to work 4 days onsite in central Lisbon (hybrid model)
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Acquisition (Main Focus)
- Actively identify and prospect new clients in the IT sector (hunter mindset)
- Lead commercial discussions with
- makers (CTOs, CIOs, HR, etc. ) - Generate new business opportunities and convert them into
- term partnerships
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with existing clients
- Act as a strategic partner by offering tailored IT recruitment and consulting solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction and service quality
Recruitment & Talent Delivery
- Lead
- cycle recruitment of IT professionals - Match qualified candidates to client needs, ensuring cultural and technical fit
- Liaise with consultants and hiring managers throughout the process
Consultant Management
- Support and monitor consultants on assignment
- Ensure engagement, motivation, and career progression
- Act as a point of contact for both consultant and client
