Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage 5–7 client accounts, primarily in DTC e
  Commerce
• Provide updates, insights, and proactive solutions to clients
• Coordinate with Copywriters, Designers, and Tech Strategists
• Review campaign results, monitor flows, and optimize performance
• Ensure quality and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Build strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in a
  - facing account management role within marketing or related agency
• Experience with tools like Slack, Trello, Notion, Google Suite
• Excellent English skills (C2+ level)
• Ability to manage deadlines, assets, and feedback effectively
• Self-starter with
  - oriented mindset
• Available during UK/CET hours, with occasional US PST availability

Working Style:

• Track hours using Hubstaff, aiming for 65%+ productivity
• Complete a 4-day paid trial to demonstrate value
