Central Oporto (Hybrid)

Fulltime, Hybrid from Oporto(4 days onsite per week)

Portuguese (Fluent/native) and English (C1)

Position Overview:

If you have a passion for recruitment, business development, and team management, this opportunity is for you! As an IT Business Manager at Moongy Group, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and client relationships.

Your mission will be:

• Clients:
  
  

- Actively prospect new clients while identifying business opportunities in the IT sector

-Maintain
- term relationships with clients, by meeting their recruitment needs efficiently

• Recruitment:
  
  

-To recruit the best IT profiles

-Recruit and select specialized IT profiles, matching talents with the needs of our clients.

• Team Management:
  
  

-Manage and support the hired consultants, ensuring a positive experience for both the employee and the client.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Business Manager (3 - 5 years) or recruitment role within the IT sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and candidates.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team, with an entrepreneurial and
  - driven mindset.
• Passion to work in both sides:
  
  clients/prospects as well as candidates
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Availability for a hybrid working model, based in central Oporto

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Fluent / native in Portuguese
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
