Position: IT Business Manager

Location: Central Oporto (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time, Hybrid from Oporto (4 days onsite per week)

Languages: Portuguese (Fluent/native) and English (C1)

Candidates must already be in Portugal.

Ongy Group, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and client relationships.

Your mission will be:

• Clients:
• Actively prospect new clients while identifying business opportunities in the IT sector.
• Maintain
  - term relationships with clients by meeting their recruitment needs efficiently.
• Recruitment:
• Recruit the best IT profiles.
• Recruit and select specialized IT profiles, matching talents with the needs of our clients.
• Team Management:
• Manage and support the hired consultants, ensuring a positive experience for both the employee and the client.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Business Manager (3-5 years) or in a recruitment role within the IT sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and candidates.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team, with an entrepreneurial and
  - driven mindset.
• Passion to work on both sides: clients/prospects as well as candidates.
• Fluency in English (C1).
• Availability for a hybrid working model, based in central Oporto.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Fluent/native in Portuguese.
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
