About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic UI/UX Designer to turn ideas into intuitive and impactful digital experiences. You will work on challenging projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to create products that delight users.

What You'll Do

• Design

  - end digital experiences, from defining problems and user flows to prototypes and final designs, applying
  - centered design methodologies.
• Participate in research and usability testing to guide design decisions based on evidence.
• Collaborate with product, development teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs and user behaviors into intuitive and accessible solutions.
• Create, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and development efficiency.
• Communicate ideas and decisions clearly and thoughtfully, supporting design rationale with data and best practices.
• Keep up with UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in projects.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in digital projects (web and/or mobile).
• Proficiency in Human-Centered Design methodologies and major design/prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, etc. ).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and translate data into design decisions.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail, coupled with a good understanding of usability and accessibility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

We Value:

• Experience in user research, usability testing, and qualitative/quantitative data analysis.
• Basic
  - end knowledge (HTML, CSS, Java
  Script) and understanding of how designs are translated into code.
• Experience with scalable design systems and designing complex digital products such as analytics platforms, dashboards, or Saa
