Mid-Level UI/UX Designer – Relocation to Dubai (Visa Sponsored)

We are seeking aMid-Level UI/UX Designer to join an international product team creating mobile and web experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. Experience inhospitality, travel, or consumer digital products is considered a strong plus.
What your responsibilities will include:
UX/UI Strategy & Execution
- Define and implement UX/UI strategies, design systems, and visual guidelines across web and mobile platforms.
- Own the

- end design process from research and ideation to
- fidelity delivery. - Translate business and user needs into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
- Analyze feedback, behavioral data, and market trends to iterate and validate design decisions.
- Create user personas, customer journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design clean, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, iconography, and layouts across platforms.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure
- perfect and functional UI implementation. - Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
- Document UI patterns, accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA), and interaction behavior.
- Promote usability, responsiveness, and inclusive design principles across teams.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA to align on design goals and technical feasibility.
- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder presentations.
- Communicate design rationale and advocate for
- centered decisions. - Incorporate team and user feedback into ongoing design iterations.

- date with industry best practices, tools, and emerging UI/UX trends. - Contribute to process improvement and innovation in design workflows.
To be a great fit for the Mid-Level UI/UX Designer role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design across web and/or mobile platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating

- end design process, systems thinking, and visual polish. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Hands‑on experience with interactive prototyping (Figma, In
Vision, etc. ). - Solid understanding of responsive design,
- first principles, and
- platform constraints. - Familiarity with WCAG, ARIA, and accessibility guidelines.
- Experience preparing design specs and assets for development (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc. ).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Hospitality or travel product experience is considered a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Essential):
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.
- Familiarity with frontend handoff tools and version control workflows.
- Prior exposure to motion design, animation tools, or
- interactions. - Experience in
- commerce, travel, or digital consumer products.
