Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What will you do?
- Monitoring technical implementation: specialized point of contact during the integration of services with the external client. Must be able to analyze the service's functional and technical documentation. Monitor client testing, analyze any errors found, and assist the client in resolving them;
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Skills: Analyze client testing and flag errors/problems detected based on the product's functional and technical documentation;
- Client Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact to clarify
- related issues. Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed requirements, ensuring appropriate monitoring and alignment with the client's business objectives; - Expectation Management and Communication: Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients. Manage and align expectations, resolve issues, and provide solutions when necessary.
- Risk and Conflict Management: Identify risks and issues in projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate potential challenges to stakeholders involved and interested in resolving the issue.
What are we looking for?
- Knowledge of programming languages, as well as experience with web services and REST APIs. Ideally, experience with
- commerce platforms; - Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing. Ability to manage expectations and handle challenging situations constructively;
- Experience with Agile and Traditional Methodologies: Adapting to the specific needs of the client and project.
- Planning and Organizational Skills;
- Experience in technical implementation, systems analysis, financial application support, and client integration;
- User of Microsoft tools and Atlassian tools;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese - Mandatory
- Must be living in Portugal with citizenship or legal authorization to work in Portugal.
