Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing and refining machine learning models, building robust deployment pipelines, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to deliver impactful solutions in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, optimization, and deployment of machine learning models and pipelines.
• Build and maintain CI/CD processes for model training and deployment.
• Perform statistical analysis and data processing using Python and related technologies.
• Participate in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of
  - scale datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data‑driven insights.
• Enhance and improve AI algorithms and systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Document findings, experiments, and best practices, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Profile

• Academic background: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Language: Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Tools and software: Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib), experience with Open
  AI, Hugging
  Face, Py
  Torch and/or Tensor
  Flow, Flask and/or Fast
  API, Docker, SQL and No
  SQL databases, and CI/CD processes.
• AI/Open
  AI experience: Mastery of generative AI such as Chat
  GPT for improving day‑to‑day productivity.
• Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and eagerness to take on challenging tasks.
