We are seeking a

- stack web developer to join our team and contribute

from day one. You'll primarily focus on building exceptional user interfaces while supporting Python

backend systems, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers and end users, and helping shape our

technology landscape while supporting our mission of water conservation and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive web applications with
  - perfect implementation of
• designs
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma mockups into interactive, accessible
• interfaces
• Work directly with end users and the design team, providing technical input on feasibility
• and UX improvements
• Implement and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across applications
• Participate in frontend architecture decisions and implement best practices for scalable
• interfaces
• Support Python backend integration and contribute to API development when needed
• Maintain and modernize legacy applications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional web development experience with a strong frontend focus
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, ideally Angular
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Java
  Script/Type
  Script, and responsive design principles
• Proficiency in translating Figma designs into
  - perfect, interactive web interfaces
• Experience implementing design systems and component libraries
• Python web development experience (Django preferred) for backend integration
• Strong collaboration skills with design teams and
  - centered design experience
• Solid understanding of software testing practices and Git
• Genuine passion for sustainability and water conservation

Nice to Have

• Experience with. NET development and C#
• Experience with AI/ML integration in web applications or data visualization
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) Experience with microservices architectures
• UX/UI design experience or formal design education
