For this position, the ideal Rhino should have the following skills:

• Higher education in IT, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• At least 4 years (mid-level professionals) or 8 years (senior-level professionals) of experience in SAP implementation and consultancy.
• Functional experience in SAP modules (FI, CO).
• Strong technical leadership, clear communication, and teamwork skills.
• SAP S/4HANA Certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori (preferred).
• Knowledge of RE-FX (desired).
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform integration (desired).
• Ability to manage teams and train junior staff (a plus).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects (a plus).
• Strong skills in process analysis, requirements gathering, and transition improvements to SAP S/4HANA (a plus).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability for a hybrid work schedule (1 day/week
  - site).
