We are looking for an Amzing Mid Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).

Seniority: 3 years

Type of position: Hybrid (2x/week in Porto)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• More than 3 years of experience in Application Support (SRE - Site Reliability Engineering);
• Strong analytical skills—distinguishing between isolated errors and systemic problems;
• Operational experience with Microservices;
• Knowledge of technologies such as Shell, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS, Kafka, and databases (Postgres, My
  SQL);
• Familiarity with collaborative platforms like Jira, Confluence, Git
  Lab;
• Ability to understand different systems and their roles within an ecosystem;
• Proactivity in log and metric analysis to detect potential issues;
• Ability to suggest improvements in logging, metrics, and alarms;
• Excellent communication skills tailored to various stakeholders, including
  - technical clients;
• Retail experience or knowledge is a plus;
• Availability for
  - call support.
