Mid Software Engineer (Fully Remote - PT Based)
Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our

Note: This role is 100% remote, and you can be based anywhere within the GMT time zone. However, you must be eligible for employment in Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Collaborative Solution Delivery: Collaborate with
- functional teams to define, design, and deliver
- quality software solutions. - Software Feature Development: Develop and implement complex software features and components to enhance system functionality.
- Architectural Contribution: Contribute to architectural decisions and evolution of the software platform to ensure robustness and scalability.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies to maintain an efficient development process.
- Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement of software development processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Industry Trends Incorporation: Stay current with industry trends and integrate relevant technologies into development processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
- Understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
- At least 2 years of professional experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Backend development experience, API design, and knowledge of various database systems.
- Familiarity with at least one
- end technology/framework (e. g. , React or Angular). - Strong
- solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Proficiency with Git and Git
Hub for version control. - Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Saa
S/Enterprise software is a plus. - Fluency in English required for effective communication.
