The role:

We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Mid-level) to join a multidisciplinary, agile team working on
- impact, scalable systems.

In this role, you’ll be involved in the full software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. You’ll work closely with your peers to solve
-
- day challenges and help deliver robust, performant solutions.

Experience with Go is not required, but we’re looking for someone with the curiosity, drive, and potential to learn and grow with it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend or
  - stack systems, writing clean and efficient code.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
• Implement and maintain automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug, monitor, and improve system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve engineering practices and product quality.
• Participate in
  - call rotations when needed, ensuring service stability and uptime.

Your Qualifications – Must Have:

• Hands-on experience as a Software Engineer working in agile environments.
• Solid coding skills in at least one modern programming language.
• Clear understanding of software development best practices and testing strategies.
• Interest in working with (and learning) Go.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e. g. , Git) and CI/CD tools.

• Experience with Go or modern backend languages (e. g. , Kotlin, Rust, etc. ).
• Knowledge of relational or No
  SQL databases and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration tools (e. g. , Kubernetes), or cloud services (e. g. , AWS).
• Understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka or Rabbit
  MQ.
