What You'll Do
:

Assist the Guest Support team in delivering a great experience for our guests

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently

Support the team with administrative tasks, including Excel data management

Enthusiastic about providing

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure a seamless guest experience

Proficiency in Excel is preferred

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
