What are we looking for? IT Business Analyst

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Proven expertise in application production monitoring and performance analysis.
• Strong ability to facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting business investigations, performing testing, defining business rules, and organizing comprehensive documentation.
• Good level of English - minimum B2
• Available for hybrid work in Porto (mandatory)
• Must be based in Portugal (mandatory)
